Millwork Profiles

Fry Reglet Millwork Profiles provide a modern aesthetic for all types of architectural, interior panels. They can be used with wood veneer, metal and plastic laminate, stone and porcelain, fabric-wrapped acoustical, or decorative glass panels.

Millwork lighting profiles are compatible with 1/4", 1/2", or 3/4” millwork panels and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Lighting profiles come in our standard clear anodized finish. Please contact customer service for additional finishes and intersection assemblies.

Millwork Profiles are available in a variety of designs, including reveals, posts, return flanges, or integrated with LED lighting.

Our custom curving capabilities, design and fabrication of custom profiles, and factory-welded intersections provide unlimited design possibilities and simple, precise installation. With finishes ranging from clear to color anodized, as well as standard and custom-matched powder coat paint, our Millwork Profiles can be finished for a wide range of color palettes.

Fry Reglet Powder Coat Paint provides durability and beauty for interior and exterior applications. Powder Coat Paint is available in all our standard colors or can be custom-matched to any color.

Chem Film

Chemical Conversion Coating (Chem Film) is a multi-step cleaning and metal preparation process. It cleans the aluminum and acts as a protective coating until field-applied paint is added.

Anodized

Anodizing is an electrochemical process in which the aluminum is immersed in an acid solution through which electric current is passed. Although a natural oxidation process commences when bare unfinished aluminum is exposed to air, producing the oxide film artificially creates a film that is thicker, harder, and more durable.

Clear anodized is our standard finish, and color anodized is available as a custom order. Color anodized finishes vary depending on part type.

Intersections

Factory-fabricated intersections and corner pieces of the same or different profiles are used to connect horizontal and vertical joints as well as transitions from plane to plane. The intersections are welded and sealed. Standard leg lengths are 6”. Custom leg lengths are available.

Illumination

Select Fry Reglet Millwork Profiles can be illuminated by LEDs to provide another dimension of design flexibility.
